Double Crunches is abdominal muscle exercise. It is two-in-one move help us to target Front abdominal (Rectus abdominis), obliques and hip flexors.
How to do Double Crunches Properly?
Step 1. Lie straight on your back and place your hands on your temples.
Step 2. Breath out and Curl your upper abs, by lifting your head and shoulders toward your legs, at the same time, slowly raise and curl your knees up, toward your chest.
Step 3. Pause & Contract the abdominal muscles at top.
Step 4. Breath in, slowly return back to starting position again.
Step 5. Repeat the same for complete the repetitions.
Important Key Points:
Perform this exercise with full control and hold for 1-2 second must for good contraction and don’t forget to breath out here.
