What is special workouts
Some time there is special cases in fitness, like some one having special muscle ground injuries, want to improve special body area first, having some like or dislikes etc.
So we expert, need to design those special workout for them. For Example long time ago i trained on cricketer, he wants to improve his speed, flexibility, stamina and strength but he does not want to gain or lose his weight. So I design special workout and diet plan for him.
