Step 1. Lie on your back on the mat, arms behind your head, legs shoulder width apart, it is your starting position.
Step 2. Now breathe out and try to touch your opposite toe with your hand, hold here for contraction.
Step 3. Breathe in and go back to starting position again.
Step 4. Repeat the same with other side.
