How to do leg raise circle properly?


Step 1. Lie on your back on the mat, holds the mat with both hands, keep you feet together.
Step 2. Now slowly lift you chest up slightly and raise you feet up from the floor around 2-3 inches. This is your staring position.
Step 3. Slowly try to make circle with your closed feet like you are drawing Oa.
Step 4. Breathe normal, Repeat the same for complete the set.
