How to do Pilates Leg Climbs Exercise Properly?

Step 1. Start with lying down on the mat, lift your one leg up towards the ceiling while pressing your other leg down into the mat.
Step 2. Now grab you leg and roll up with your both hands, like you are climbing.
Step 3. Try to reach maximum up possible, hold on top for good stretch.
Step 4. Now roll back down.
Step 4. Repeat the same with other leg and repeat with both sides for complete the set.
