Downward dog leg lift exercise pose can helps you to strengthen your whole body specially your arms, core, legs, hips and helping you to improve flexibility.
How to do downward dog leg lift exercise pose properly?
Step 1. Start with table position. Now lift your body up slightly pike on your toes and hands, keep your arm straight. It is your starting position.
Step 2. Now breathe out and raise your one leg off the ground behind you to all the way up. When you lift your leg up, push your chest down, means bring your head, hands and hip in one alignment.
Step 3. Now breathe in and come back to your starting position again.
Step 4. Repeat the same for other side.
Step 5. Repeat the same for complete the set.
