How to do jumping jacks with toe touch exercise properly?
Step 1. Stand straight with your feet together and arms at your sides, keep your knees slightly bend, it is your starting position.
Step 2. Now breathe out and jump, spread your legs and clap on top, come back to starting position again.
Step 3. When you come back to starting position again here lift the one feet up while keeping your leg straight as much possible and touch with your opposite hand then same with other hand to toe.
Step 4. Repeat the same for complete the set.
