How to train Wide Grip Decline Barbell Bench Press Properly?
Instructions:
Step 1. Sit down on decline bench, Grasp the barbell with hands slightly wider than elbow alignment Grip.
Step 2. Slowly Lift the barbell up, hold the barbell on top on your chest in the alignment of lower chest.
Step 3. Breathe in and Bring Barbell Down in the alignment of bottom of chest.
Step 4. Pause & hold for contraction, Breath out and lift the barbell up in same lower chest alignment. Keep your elbows close to your body
Step 5. Repeat the same for complete the set.
Important Key Points:
Better do is with controlled movement and always keep the barbell in alignment of lower chest when complete your repetitions.
