How to Do Standing Biceps Cable Curl Exercise Properly?
Step 1. Grasp low pulley cable bar with shoulder width palm facing up grip. Stand close to pulley, keeping your elbows tucked in by your sides, Breath out and slowly curl the cable up.
Step 2. Hold and Squeeze on top, Now Breath in and lower the cable down, open your arms fully.
Step 3. Repeat the same for complete the set.
