How to to Hyperextension Exercise Properly?


Step 1. Start with Lie face down on a hyperextension bench, tucking your ankles securely under the footpads.
Step 2. Adjust the upper pad if possible so your upper thighs lie flat across the wide pad, leaving enough room for you to bend at the waist without any restriction.
Step 3. Place your hands on your tempo, Now Breathe In, Start bending forward slowly at the waist as far as you can while keeping your back flat as much u can.
Step 4. Hold for 2 second here, Now Breathe Out and slowly raise your torso back to the starting position
Step 5. Repeat the same for complete the set.
