How to do Wide Grip lat Pull Down exercise properly?
Step 1. Starting with adjust the knee pads according your height and weight according your strength. Sit down on lat pull down Machine; Grab onto the bar hands wider than shoulder width apart palm facing forward grip. Step 2. Breathe out and slowly bring the bar toward your lower part of chest, lean slightly backward, now touch the bar on chest, squeeze here, hold for contraction. Step 3. Now Breathe in and lean forward slightly and go back to starting position again all the way up. Step 4. Repeat the same for completes the set.
