How to Perform Single Arm Dumbbell Row Properly?
Step 1. In starting position bring your back roughly parallel to the floor, put your weight on bench or weight rack, keep your abdominal tight and bend your hips forward
Step 2. Grab a dumbbell with one hand, this is your starting position, Breath out and lift the dumbbell straight up, keep your elbows close to your body
Step 3. Squeeze on top, feel the contraction, now breath in and lower the dumbbell all the way down, keep your back straight
Step 4. Repeat the same with both hands for complete the set.
