How to do Elbow Side Plank with leg raise exercise properly?
Step 1. Lie on your one side position, keep your elbows on the the floor, body in one alignment, bottom leg fold, top leg straight, this is your starting position.
Step 2. Now breathe out and lift you top leg up as much possible. Hold on top for 1-2 second for good contraction.
Step 3. Repeat the same first one side for complete the repetitions, then same with other side.
Step 4. Complete your set.
Important Key Points:
Do not let your hips drop or tilt forward or backward.
