How to Perform Dumbbell Standing Shoulder Press Properly?
Step 1. Stand straight with legs shoulder width apart.
Step 2. Dead-lift the dumbbell up, slowly breathe out and Raise the dumbbell above the head in a controlled movement.
Step 3. Now Breathe in and Return the dumbbells to the shoulders alignment.
Step 4. Repeat the same for complete the set.
Important Note:
Don’t Lower the Dumbbells Too Far.
