Step 1. Stand straight, start with a low pulley cable machines with two D-handles attached to the machine. Step 2. Bring the handles parallel to your ears, this is your staring position, keep your chest up, back straight, abdominal tight all the time. Step 3. Breathe out and lift the cable up toward ceiling, keep slightly bend In elbows all the time. Step 4. Pause on top, Breathe In and slowly bring back the cable to starting position again. Step 5. Repeat the same for complete the set.
