How to do donkey kicks exercise properly?
Step 1. Start with tabletop pose, hands underneath your shoulders and knees under your hips alignment.
Step 2. Now start slowly lift your right leg straight back and up toward ceiling while Keeping the 90-degree bend in your right knee.
Step 3. Breathe out when lift your leg up and breathe in when bring it down.
Step 4. Repeat the same with left leg.
Step 5. Repeat the same for complete the set.
