How to Perform Close Grip Front Lat Pull down Properly?

Step 1. Sit down on lat pull down Machine; adjust the knee pad of the machine to fit your height. Grab onto the bar with a close slightly wider than shoulder width apart palm facing forward grip.
Step 2. Breathe out and slowly bring the bar toward your lower part of chest, lean slightly backward, now touch the bar on chest, squeeze here, hold for contraction.
Step 3. Now Breathe in and lean forward slightly and go back to starting position again all the way up.
Step 4. Repeat the same for completes the set.
