How to do Bent Over Barbell Row Exercise Properly?
Step 1. Stand with feet slightly wider-shoulder width apart, Grasp the barbell with hands slightly wider than shoulder width palm facing down grip. Step 2. Bend your knees, keep you’re back straight, abdominal tight and chest up. Step 3. Breath out and lift the barbell against your lower abdominal, keep your elbows close to your body all time. Step 4. Squeeze on top, Breath in and lower the barbell down to starting position. Step 5. Repeat the same for complete the set.
