How to do Alternate Staggered Squat jump Exercise Properly?
Step 1. Stand straight and now slowly move your right leg forward, squat down and touch with right hand on the floor to left side. It is your starting position.
Step 2. Now jump up and in the air, Switching legs, bring your leg leg forward and squat down and touch with your left hand on the right side.
Step 3. Repeat the same for complete the set.
