How to do Walk Down Push Ups Exercise Properly?

Step 1. Stand straights, feet shoulder width apart. It is your starting position.
Step 2. Now slowly bend down and start walking forward with your hands and make straight arms plank position.
Step 3. Now do one push up here, remember when go down breathe in and and push up breathe out.
Step 4. When done then walk back to starting position again.
