How to do Swimming Exercise on mat?
Step 1. Lie face down on a mat, with your legs straight and your arms outstretched in front of you.
Step 2. Slowly Raise your one arms and opposite leg up at the same time.
Step 3. Repeat the same with other arm and leg.
Step 4. Repeat the same for complete the set.
Important Note:
Breathe out when raise your arm and opposite leg up and breather in and when lower them down, try to keep your head is in a neutral position
