How to Perform Standing Squat with weights Properly?
Step 1. Stand up straight while holding a dumbbells at front of your chest. Legs Shoulder Width apart. Look straight and abdominal tight.
Step 2. Now Breathe in and Keep your chest up and Squat down. Remember your knee should not cross your toes and Continue down until your thighs are parallel to the floor
Step 3. Now hold here for contraction, Now breathe out and go back to starting Position.
Step 4. Repeat the same for Complete the set.
