How to do Dumbbell Sumo Squat Exercise Properly?
Step 1. Start with stand straight, feet maximum wider than shoulder width apart, your toes turned out.
Step 2. Now squat down and grasp the dumbbell with your hands, keep your chest up, this is your starting position.
Step 3. Slowly breathe out and stand up, look straight all time.
Step 4. Now breathe in and Sumo Squat down again. Pause for 1-2 seconds down for contraction.
Step 5. Repeat the same for complete the set.

Always perform this exercise slowly and with right posture.
