How to perform Standing Calf Raises Machine Exercise Properly?

Step 1. Adjust the padded lever of the calf raise machine to fit your height.
Step 2. Place your shoulders under the pads provided and position your toes facing forward. The balls of your feet should be secured on top of the provided calf block. Push the lever up, keep knees slightly bend and back straight.
Step 3. Breathe out and raise your heels up as far as possible, squeeze your calf on top & hold for contraction.
Step 4. Breathe in and lowers your heels down as far as possible.
Step 5. Repeat the same for complete the set.
