Put your quads under the knee pad and hold the liver on top. This is your Starting Position. Step 2. Now Extend your ankles and release the safety bar. Step 3. Now Lift the heels up as far as possible, Breathe out here. Step 4. Now Breathe in and Slowly bring your heel fully down so calves can be fully stretched. Step 5.
