How to do Incline Dumbbell Bench Press Properly?


Step 1. Bring the dumbbells on top of your thighs, incline bench angel should be 40-45 degrees.
Step 2. using your thighs to help push the dumbbells up and hold them at shoulder width on top of your chest.
Step 3. Slowly breath in and Lower weight to sides of upper chest, Pause when elbows are parallel to the floor.
Step 4. Slowly Press dumbbells up with elbows to sides until arms are extended and breathe out.
Step 5. Repeat the same for complete the set.
