How to do heel taps exercise properly?
Step 1. Lay, back down on the mat, legs folded, head on the mat, position.
Step 2. Now slowly raise your one hand one same side toward your heel to touch it. keep your head and shoulders raised off the floor slightly, breathe out here.
Step 2. Breathe in, when return back to starting position again, Repeat the same with other side.
Step 3. Repeat the same for complete the set.
