How to Do Ez-Bar Preacher Curl Exercise Properly?
Step 1. Sit on preacher bench; hold the E-Z Curl Bar at shoulder length and chest against preacher bench. Step 2. Slowly breath out, lift the weight up toward your shoulder. Step 3. Squeeze bicep on top, Breath in and lower the weight down to starting position. Step 4. Repeat the same for complete the set.
Important Key Points:
Always let the barbell all the the way down and find your biceps peak on the top movement. Never let barbell go over your shoulders when lift your barbell up, must keep the contraction on your biceps muscle all the time.
