How to do Dumbbell Side Bend Exercise Properly?
1. Stand up straight while holding a dumbbells with the both hands hand. Your feet should be placed at shoulder width. This will be your starting position. 2. While keeping your back straight and your head up, slightly lean forward and bend your waist to one side as far as possible. Breathe in as you bend to the side. Then hold for a second and come back up to the starting position as you exhale. 3. Now Repeat the same with other side. 4. Repeat the same for complete the set.
Important Key Points:
Always perform this exercise slowly the control movement. Some time may be you have to set our own movement for getting more contraction on your Obliques.
