How to do Chest Dips Exercise Properly?
Step 1. Start with Grab the parallel bars and jump up, lift your body up with your arms, body slightly bend forward, straighten you arms but keep slightly bend in your elbows. Step 2. Now breathe in and Lower your body by bending your arms and keep leaning forward, Dip down until your shoulders are below your elbows, pause here for 1-2 seconds for contraction. Step 3. Slowly breathe out and lift your chest up but keep your body leaning forward. Step 4. Repeat the same for complete the set.
