How to do Abs Crunch on Mat Properly?
Step 1. Lie down on the mat with your knees Fold Also keep you Head Down and your hands at your sides. Step 2. Hold the hands at the temples, Breath out and curl up as far you can Reach. Step 3. Pause on top for contraction, Breath in and slowly return back to starting position. Step 4. Repeat the same for complete the set.
Focus on Breathing Technique & Hold on top for minimum 2 second for good Contraction.
