Thigh adductor (Inner) on machine is a good exercise to target your inner thigh muscles. The inner thigh muscles are called the adductors. They’re made up of five different muscles; gracilis, obturator externus, adductor brevis, adductor longus and adductor magnus. They are attached to our pelvic (hip) bone and femur.

How to do Thigh Adductor muscle exercise Properly?

Step 1. Start with sit on hip adductor machine, adjust the machine according your height and weight according your fitness level.
Step 2. Position your legs on the outside of the pads and now hold the handles.
Step 3. Slowly breather out and press into the pads to draw your leg together, pause here for sec.
Step 4. Breathe in and return back to normal position again.
Step 5. Repeat the same for complete the set.
