Step 1. Sit on a bench with an upright back supported. Feet firm on ground, hold the dumbbells and place them on your knees.
Step 2. Now Breathe out and lift the Dumbbell up, try touching the dumbbells on top, hold here for good contraction.
Step 3. Now Breathe In and Slowly Bring the dumbbell back to starting position as parallel to your ears.
