How to Do Seated Ez-Bar Overhead Triceps Extension Exercise Properly?
Step 1. Start with grabbing a EZ-Bar with a medium grip, weights according your fitness level. Step 2. Place the EZ-Bar in your lap, Now Slowly lift the EZ-bar directly over your head with arms fully extended. Step 3. Now slowly breathe in slowly lower the bar toward the floor as far as possible, try to keep your elbows close to your body, pause for 1-2 seconds for contraction. Step 4. Slowly breathe out and lift the EZ-Bar all the up without pushing your elbows forward and extend it fully. Step 5. Repeat the same for complete the set.
