Parambodyfitmind offers personalized India’s best one-on-one live workout sessions conducted through popular online platforms such as Zoom, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, or any other preferred method. Now, you have the flexibility to exercise anytime and anywhere.

At Parambodyfitmind, we also offer one-on-one live sessions. You can choose between five or three live sessions each week. The monthly fee for five sessions is INR 12,500, while three sessions cost INR 10,000. These 1-on-1 live sessions last for 1 hour. They are available from Monday to Friday at IST. On Saturday, we have a self-motivation workout, and Sunday is reserved for recovery. Additionally, 2 family members at the same fitness level can join together for the same price.
