Hi, This is my Indian Female Weight Loss Story as Indian women living in abroad and it is not always easy to find time to work out in gym but with right guidance and proper motivation it become possible to get my body transformation done yet.

This is my 9 monthly weight loss journey Female Weight Loss Body Transformation all thanks to my Online Personal Trainer in India “Param”. Param Sir helped me to achieve my fitness goal in 9 months with proper full-body toning and fat to fit body transformation was my dream and it all happens with the right guidance and proper dedication. Nothing is impossible in the world but only it becomes easy to achieve if you have the right fitness expert guidance and full dedication toward your fitness goals.

When did you Realise that it was Time to Get Started with a Different Perspective to Healthy Living?
I work as a Business Development Executive which means that my life is always busy revolving around the need of my clients. Since it is also my career building time, so I paid less attention to my health. It is only when I saw the changes in my body and the hormonal imbalances started messing with my periods that I knew it was time to start.

What does your Regular Diet Look life now?

I strongly advice to not follow my diet plan as well are different so our body type, metabolic rate, fitness goals, circumstances and medical history so better consult with your fitness coach before follow any diet and workout plan. Here below is just general idea of my daily diet plan for now.

Breakfast- Egg White/ Oats along with a Spinach and Cherry Tomato Salad.
Lunch- Any Type of Fatty Fish with a Rice and Yogurt
Snack- Dark chocolate and nuts including almonds, walnuts, and pistachios
Dinner- Beans and lentils. I also include fruits. And, if I am feeling special then a little bit of red wine in moderation, of course.
My Workout- My strict lifestyle only allows a little so I take a good 15-minute walk and follow a personalized workout from my fitness coach “Param” Parambodyfitmind every 4 days in a week for 30 minutes.

How long did it take to lose weight?

It took me a good 9 months to lose around 24 kilos of weight from my body. I am glad it didn’t take any longer and I am all ready to maintain it from here on.

How Do I Stay Motivated?

It is easier to stay motivated when you have a goal in mind. I pushed myself thinking about the body I had naturally. But now that I have started exercising, I am in a much better place than before. So, I suppose in some way my life is only greater now.

How I Fought My way from few medical issues to Get in a Healthy Shape?

Medical issues like stress and few others is indeed common in 1 out of 10 women these days. Apart from causing access to facial hair, acne, and mood swings it also impacts body weight. This was a problem for me. I had always been happy with my body weight until these medical issues. I took a diagnosis right after the symptoms came into limelight and my old clothes failed to fit on me. The medicines came in handy to control my hormonal imbalances but to get myself back I vowed to stay physically fit.
